Maybe we should prohibit them from paying bills with TARP money as well, god forbid they use any of it to run their business. If we are going to prohibit them from spending money on advertising and other endeavors that have proven to provide a good ROI, we might as well just shoot them in the head now and be done with it. If we did this crap to a convict, it would be considered cruel and unusual punishment.
Some of these banks probably deserve to die, but why the torture tactics?
